MENTORING SERVICES
Once a business has been running for a while it will reach a stage where a decision is needed as to where the business is going. This is an important decision because business growth has both advantages and disadvantages. To make this decision it is important to evaluate how the business is currently performing as this will help identify areas with growth potential.
During the process clients are mentored to identify areas in which their business is strong and areas which may need more work in order to develop. Using the Ansoff matrix as a tool we work with the client to find out where they are in their business in order to provide a focus on where the company needs to go. It could mean a change to their business model or a review of their marketing mediums in order for them to stay relevant and competitive.
Once we identify where the business can grow, we need to decide how. Most businesses need to grow in order to survive, but growth needs to be planned carefully. It is important to assess therefore current strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in order to build a strategy for growth.
We bring to the mentoring process a thorough understanding of the business processes and a particular insight into the myriad of issues that business owners face. We are highly attuned to business development needs and to working with companies to help them grow and take their business to the next level.
